Kourtney Kardashian Barker responds to pregnancy rumors

The Kardashian family are no strangers to savage clap backs and Kourtney Kardashian is the latest sibling to shut down rumours.

Kourtney, 43, was recently praised by her fans for posting a series of behind-the-scenes photos from a shoot with her gummy brand, Lemme, on Instagram.

However, she was also confined to rumors that she was expecting another child.

Mason, 12, Penelope, 10, and Reign, 7, are the reality star’s current children with ex-husband Scott Disick.

Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16, are stepchildren of Kourtney’s now-husband and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and ex Shanna Moakler.

The Poosh founder wore nude underwear set in her mirror selfies, which she shared with her 197 million followers, with one photo showing Kourtney holding her stomach.

A series of comments pondered whether the US star could be pregnant, with one asking: ‘Why are you holding ur belly? Love the figure but inquiring minds are curious 😘’.

Another person wrote in the comments: ‘Wait a minute did I miss that she’s pregnant, and the comment received hundreds of likes.

However, Kourtney did not hesitate to shut down the commenter, replying: ‘Nope, but you’re missing a woman’s body.

Loving fans were quick to jump to Kourtney’s defense, branding her comeback the ‘best answer ever’.

The original commenter later clarified that they ‘assumed’ Kourtney’s hand placement on her lower belly was a pregnancy allusion because she has publicly stated that she is ‘actively trying to conceive.’

Kourtney has been open about her desire to expand her brood with Travis, 46 since they married in a stunningly swanky Italian ceremony in May.

They turned to IVF to have a child together after discussing their difficulty to conceive on the first season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, with Kourtney explaining the toll it had taken on her body.

Kourtney revealed in a new interview that she decided to stop receiving treatments in order to focus on other aspects of her life.

When asked how their pregnancy journey was coming along, the mum-of-three said: ‘We started an IVF journey, but I stopped. It was a lot. I took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married.’

Much of the Kardashians’ Hulu debut series focused on the couple’s efforts to grow their blended family, with the couple speaking with an Ayurvedic expert before going on an intense cleanse to ‘rid the tissue of toxins’ for ‘better quality eggs.’

Kourtney revealed to the Wall Street Journal that she will be doing the cleanse again.

‘Probably this Ayurvedic Panchakarma cleanse, which I’m going to do in the fall again,’ she said of the most ‘extreme’ thing she’s done in pursuit of wellness.

‘It’s all these things you can’t do: No sex, no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar. You’ve gotta eat this really clean, strict diet and you do it for five days.

It’s to reset your body. You do all of that – and it’s cleaning out [the toxins from] your tissues. And then you go into this spa and do treatments every day for four hours. Everything is very ritualistic and has a purpose, and it’s fascinating. I was doing it mostly for cleansing my body [in preparation to] hopefully have a baby.’

Kourtney spoke of the impact IVF was having on her in a recent episode of the Kardashians, explaining that it ‘put her into menopause.
