Royal Expert Claims Prince Harry is ‘Homesick and Unhappy’ Despite Meghan Markle Seeking ‘Perfect LA Life’

A royal expert claims that the Duke of Sussex’s participation in polo games and outings with new pals are indications that he is “homesick and unhappy”

According to a royal expert, Prince Harry is seeming “homesick,” and the fact that he is playing polo in California indicates that he is reverting to a past love of the game.

As Meghan Markle seeks to reassure him so that they may live a “perfect LA life,” the Duke of Sussex is also beginning to socialise and go out for drinks with new friends, according to royal author Duncan Larcombe.

Following their brief and understated trip to the UK for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee festivities at the beginning of this month, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex swiftly returned to the United States.

The former royal couple resides in an $11 million property in the affluent Montecito neighbourhood. Meghan was recently pictured watching Harry play polo at their neighbourhood club.

As per the sun, nevertheless, Mr Larcombe thinks that Harry’s “self-imposed exile” may be making him unhappy despite his lavish lifestyle.

Speaking to Closer, he said: “He seems homesick to me. Harry’s suddenly playing polo again and drinking with his new friends – all things he used to enjoy doing in the UK.

“Meghan is cheering him on on the sidelines, helping create this perfect LA life for him to justify what he’s given up in the UK. But something doesn’t seem to sit right. Harry looks unhappy.

“He is living out there in self-imposed exile and Harry is a very sociable person.

“In his formative years, he had lots of friends – including his estranged brother William – and was always spending time with them. He must sometimes wonder if everything he has given up has been worth it.”

Harry and Meghan made their decision to leave their roles as working members of the Royal Family public two years ago in January of this year.

They finally got on a plane to LA two months later.

Since then, the Sussexes have accumulated a lengthy list of celebrity friends who reside nearby, including Kate Perry and Orlando Bloom, whose kids are rumoured to have played with Archie and Lilibet.

One of their new friends is reportedly Oprah Winfrey, whose explosive interview with the Sussexes aired in March of last year.
