For those who are unaware, the Hips Don’t Lie singer dated the Spanish football player for 11 years prior to the revelation that he had an extramarital affair. Though the duo never got married, they share two kids, Sasha and Milan.
After they divorced, a dispute arose about who would get custody of their children, but a new report suggests that the Colombian singer seeks a truce between them. Now, it is being said that Gerard has already found a new lady love.
The Sun reports that Clara Chia Marti, a 23-year-old PR student who works for Gerard Piqué’s production company Kosmos, is the woman that Gerard Piqué, Shakira’s ex, is secretly dating. Despite the fact that he and the Waka Waka singer parted ways almost two months ago, reports claim that Gerard and Clara have been seeing each other “for months.”
“They have been keeping quiet about their relationship, but those around them all know what is happening,” a source claimed. “People have been helping him (Gerard Piqué) keep the romance hush-hush and have wiped Clara’s social media accounts so people can’t find photos of her. That alone makes his mates think he is actually quite serious about being with her,” they continued.
As per Daily Mail, neither Shakira nor Gerard has spoken about the same. Fans, however, observed that the singer had followed Chris Evans and Henry Cavill on Instagram during the separation drama. She sparked rumors of a romance with Captain America.
Although their relationship hasn’t been officially announced, Clara Chia Marti and Gerard Pique were seen having fun in Stockholm in June. Shakira’s tax fraud case is also making news in the meanwhile.
