Keith Urban is reportedly taking steps to spend more time with his daughters following his divorce from Nicole Kidman.
The country singer, known for hits including “Somebody Like You,” has two children with Kidman: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15.
A source close to Urban told RadarOnline that touring has kept him apart from his children more than he would like.
“As it is, he had to concede the majority of custody time to Nicole. According to their divorce agreement, he only has Sunday Rose and Faith every other weekend, but when he’s touring, even that doesn’t work,” the source said.

Court documents obtained by People show that Kidman and Urban waived all rights to child and spousal support. Their daughters are scheduled to live with Kidman for 306 days of the year, while Urban is allowed 59 days, including every other weekend from 10 a.m. Saturday to 6 p.m. Sunday.
Urban is reportedly trying to align a vacation with a break in the girls’ school schedule to allow more relaxed time together. The source said, “They love the Bahamas, so that’s likely where they’ll go. He’d love for Nicole to join them, but she’s still very hurt, so he’s had to accept that’s not likely.”
Insiders noted that while the girls love their father, Kidman has been the constant presence. “They feel safest with Nicole,” the source explained.
A family friend added that Kidman has been focused on family life since the split, creating a home environment centred on healing through yoga, journaling, and family dinners. The report comes months after the divorce was finalised.
