Bianca Censori has reportedly been called to testify in her husband, Kanye West’s, ongoing legal battle with a former employee, as the rapper faces fresh scrutiny over claims of unsafe and unethical working conditions.
According to newly obtained court documents, West’s former project manager, Tony Saxon, has submitted Censori’s name as a witness in the case. The trial is currently scheduled for February 21, and while Censori is now listed in the witness lineup, it remains unclear what role she will play or what information she may be expected to provide.

Bianca Censori’s inclusion as a witness has raised questions, particularly since the case focuses largely on Saxon’s employment claims and his time working at West’s Malibu property.
Saxon filed his lawsuit against the rapper, alleging he was subjected to extreme demands and unsafe conditions while employed. In the filing, he accused West of running an environment where workers were pushed beyond reasonable limits, describing what he called “brutal 16-hour days” on the job.

The former staffer also claimed he was hired under broad responsibilities that extended well beyond a typical project management role. According to TMZ’s report, Saxon alleged “he was hired in September 2021 as project manager, caretaker and 24/7 security” for West’s Malibu residence, suggesting the job required him to be constantly available and on-call.
In addition to the demanding schedule, Saxon claims he faced pressure to perform work he believed could be dangerous. One of the most serious allegations in the lawsuit is that West sought major changes to the Malibu property, including removing key utilities.
Saxon alleged that West ordered him to remove the home’s windows and electricity. He further claimed the rapper planned to install large generators indoors, a decision Saxon reportedly believed would have posed “extreme danger” due to the risks involved in running that kind of equipment in an enclosed space.

The lawsuit also includes an alleged quote from West, which Saxon says was delivered during a confrontation over the work demands. Saxon claimed West told him, “If you don’t do what I say, you’re not going to work for me,” after Saxon objected to what he described as risky instructions.

West has denied the accusations made by his former employee. In a legal filing from November 2023, West’s attorney pushed back against Saxon’s claims, arguing that even if Saxon experienced any harm or damages, West was not responsible.
The filing reportedly maintains that Saxon’s allegations do not constitute wrongdoing by West and that West should not be held liable for any issues related to the work.
With Bianca Censori now named as a potential witness, the case may attract even more attention as the court date approaches. For now, the reason behind her involvement remains unknown, but her appearance could add a new dimension to an already highly publicized dispute.
